Brown color with a one finger thick head with medium retention.
Aroma with light notes of chocolate, earthy hops and toffee.
Flavor with notes of spicy hops, some home-made coffee, a bit of fusel alcohol, cinnamon, toffee and finishing with cocoa. Dry aftertaste with a low bitterness.
Light body with good carbonation.
Flavor is pretty much as an authentic home craft beer. The one I had 3 years ago seemed better, the fusel alcohol bothered a bit. By the way, I had this at Ciao in São Paulo in both times and it is now costing almost 50% more. Not sure I will visit this again.
