On tap very fresh at the brewery. Cloudy pinkish colour, moderate pinkish-white head. Aroma mainly of ripe unsweetened raspberries. Medium dry flavour, dominant raspberries with some natural fruity acidity, but the beer is far from lambic-sour. I think I might have preferred the beer somewhat sweeter, and perhaps even sourer. Becomes a bit undefined as it is.
