375 ml corked & caged green bottle, as Farmer's Reserve Sour Cherry, from Vinmonopolet Jørpeland. 2019/2020 blend. Bottled December 2023. ABV is 7%. Deep red to purple colour, moderate pink head. Lovely aroma of sour cherries and cherry kernels. Sour flavour of cherries, cherry kernels and marzipan.

Pours red with no foam.
Smell is tart and crisp with notes of cherries and a hint of almonds.
Taste is very refreshing and tart. Notes of cherries, cherry pits, almond and vanilla. Not very complex, but there is a little bit of depth.
Mouthfeel is thin, well carbonated.
Overall, a very refreshing sour that really doesn't taste like it's 7 %.
