Blend of different vintages of our spontaneously fermented beers, aged two and three years in old wine barrels. Secondary fermentation in our large vats with wild blueberries (billberries) from the forests of Gvarv.

375 ml corked & caged bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7%. Deep red colour, large to moderate pink head. Aroma of wild blueberries, hints of farmhouse, oak and red wine. Sour flavour, notes of blueberries and lemons, hints of brettanomyces, oak and red wine.
