Blend of different vintages (2019+2020+2021) of our low alcohol barrel aged wild ale. This blend is macerated four months on our Lapins sweet cherries and rhubarb. Bottle conditioned.

375 ml corked & caged bottle, from Vaaland, Bryne. ABV is 4.5%. Clear red colour, large but shortlived off-white to pink head. Aroma of lactic acid, rhubarb and morellos. Light bodied. Moderately sour flavour of rhubarb, morellos and lactic acid, slightly on the dry side. Refreshing.
