I'm usually not a fan of peanut beers. I like to eat peanuts with beer. But I gave this one a try on tap, after trying a sample. It's one of the better peanut beers I've had. The head was thin and dissipated quickly, but the peanut aroma was pretty strong and carried over into the taste. Nice and nutty, but not an off pleasant taste like I usually get in these beers. Mouthfeel is pretty thin for a Porter. One I would drink again, but wouldn't purchase, unless on tap.

Tall can
Pours dark brown, minor larger bubble cap that quickly departs.
Sniff is definitely of peanuts and peanut butter.
Drinks like a decent brown ale again with healthy peanut notes.
The mouthfeel is a tad on the thin and watery side.
Decent, but nothing overly special going on hereā¦

4-pack of cans from the brewery, poured into pint glass at home. Decent head at first but dissipated really quickly. Plenty peanut butter, tad watery

Aroma is peanuts, dark malts and salt. The flavor is peanuts, dark malts, mild salt, a hint of dark fruit and a mix of acidity and slight sweetness in the finish.
