“Fruited sour with guava and plum; contains real fruit; keep cold; drink fresh.”
Hazy pinkish orange, a finger of foam that fades after a sip or two, leaving spotty lacing behind. Color is reminiscent of other sour ales with plums, a hazy and reddish pink/orange.
Tropical guava aroma pops at first, then some of the lactic yogurt notes start to creep in.
Tart and tangy, juicy fruit forward initially, then a bone dry lactic finish that tastes like nothing. Vague wheat and lacto. Could use more fruit saturation, but it’s nice as it is. Light, crisp, tart, and dry. Pretty straightforward and quenching, easy drinking.
