The name pretty much says it all. Brewed with El Dorado hops, this is 4.7% abv with 41 IBUs. It’s also the most expensive 32oz fill I’ve ever purchased, at $9.99. It seems Bennedito’s has a really high opinion of their beers. This could well be the last time I take one of theirs home as well as the first.
Poured into a Summer’s Here Brewfest pint glass, this had pretty good clarity, with a golden amber color, and a decent sized off-white head that left a certain amount of spotty lace.
Light, floral hop scent, with a sweet malt aroma not too far behind.
Again, restrained hop flavor takes the lead, with a well balanced malty backbone. No flavor bomb, but eminently drinkable.
Medium bodied, with a lightly oily mouthfeel.
A good session beer to have with a sandwich at Bennedito’s, but not something to tear heaven and earth up to obtain – and not worth what I paid to get a somewhat amateurish fill that kinda left a fair amount of room in the grunt with air rather than beer. Drink it there, don’t take it home.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
