Malty, full-bodied, with a citrusy-pine aroma. This is one you can really sink your teeth into. A sticky hop bite from five layered hop varieties: Centennial, Simcoe, Warrior, Mosaic, Citra.

A: The beer is clear amber yellow in color and has a slight amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a collar consisting of large bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of biscuity malts are present in the nose along with notes of grapefruit citrus and resinous pine.
T: The taste starts out with flavors of biscuit and buttery malts but quickly transitions to a blend of citrusy and piney hops, both of which impart a moderate amount of bitterness. Notes of buttery malts begin to creep in as the beer warms up.
M: It feels just about medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation. Only faint amounts of crispness are perceptible.
O: This beer has a surprising balance between the malts and hops as there are pleasant aromas and flavors of biscuity and buttery malts in the smell and taste.

At the meet the brewer night.
Pours a nice amber colored ale with a small foamy head but could be the snifter keeping it down.
Nice pine and candy aroma. Sweet malt.
Taste is big bitterness...me likey with a BIG malt presence. Very long rind aftertaste. Buds be salivating big time.
Overall this a big IPA. Full bodied monster that hit the spot.....though the abv sneaks up on you.
