Look: It pours cooper and clear with an off white head. Head retention is moderate.
Smell: There are some caramel and honey aromas.
Taste: There are moderately strong caramel flavors with honey notes in support. It is a bit sweet from front to back. There is also a bit of spiciness and a very low level of citrus.
Feel: It has a medium body with a finish that is more sweet than bitter.
Overall, I like the honey with the caramel flavors.
