Went here a little bit ago, wrote this review on my computer, and forgot about it until I was doing a bit of fall cleaning.
V - Fun, millennial-targeted, and industrial. Everyone was seen having a great time. Really digged the shuffleboard table.
Q - Pretty good brews. The brewers here know what they're doing, even if they have to pander to those that don't (in a positive way)! Things were kept clean, with attention to detail.
Se - Those on bartender duty kept things light and upbeat, and they knew their stuff! Kitchen staff seemed to have a lot of fun when I ordered "Surprise Me"! Lots of creativity, kept chill.
Sl - While not a massive tap/bottle list, the variety was on-point. Not too heavy towards one style or another. Only two IPAs on tap, with two sours (among other beers, of course)! A solid variety of the more heavy cellar-kept stuff, plus plenty of things in chilled cans, if that's your thing.
F - The BoH guys really came through with the off-menu reuben fries. Not too salty, and just the right amount of cheese. I could tell they were waiting to pull that one out.
I would say that for a night out with a friend, this was a fantastic spot. I can't wait to see them again!

Big surprise in a small town! Awesome brewery with top notch quality and a broad selection. Hop monsters, English classics, and funk-farm Belgian brews are all well represented here. Live music and great food are the icing on the cake. #MyGrassIsNew

To start off - what a wonderful space. They've decked it out and the design couldn't be cooler. There's a tiny bar at the sales area, I've seen chairs there at times and at other times there weren't any. However, there's seating galore both downstairs and up. There's even an elevator to help folks get upstairs, which is a nice - and expensive - touch. The upper floor covers roughly two thirds of the main floor, and it's open on one side and looks down over a well constructed stage. I've not seen a show there yet, but they've had some good people come through and the design of the upper floor would make it a blast to look down at the stage while drinking some of their wonderful beer. Oh yeah - the beer - they had about 14 of their creations on draft my last time in, most of them aren't listed here on BA. A sampler is highly recommended. I'm a big fan of their Fiddler IPA series, the double IPA - Fiddler's Nightmare - is damn good. Lastly... the food is absolutely off the chain. They rent the kitchen to a guy not affiliated with the brewery and he's churning out interesting and wonderful food. The local trout salad is to die for. Downtown Shelby has come a long way and I'm certain this brewery will aid in further development in the area. All in all, a damn good spot to land. Cheers!
