A drinkable above average pilsner, non offensive. Tad bitter finish. Easy drink, smooth though not creamy. Malty and dry and fresh. A huge 1.5 litre bottle even for 3 people. A totally average beer, which is good for this brewery. Merci Pootz/Pootzboy.

Cracked open a 1.5 liter magnum...this was a struggle as the cork was set dry. Poured a light gold with medium carbonation...small bubbled effervescence. Wonderful 2 finger frothy cap with good retention and nice lacing (bravo Brick we knew ya could do it). Aroma is all floral hopping with understated bready-sweet malt where the hop mix spells "Urquell". Medium mouth feel... light bready malts are balanced well with the sharp spicy-dry hopping...finishes clean with slight drying...very drinkable and certainly true to the style....one of the best Canadian made pilsners I have tasted yet....puts Steam Whistle and itÂ’s ilk to shame.
