22 oz bomber poured into tulip glass.
Nice caramel-mahogany color with a tall fluffy butter colored head of 2 fingers. Stable at 1/2 finger.
Aroma of berries, plum, french twist bread, apples, yeast phenol, slight alcohol, and more berry.
Flavor brings a sharp hop presence to open, followed by sliced apples, caramel, cinnamon pear, banana, root/dirt, and yeast phenol.
Feel is crisp and hot, with an unusually clean profile for the style. Finishes clean and hot. Slightly grainy. Like everclear.
Overall a decent quad, reminds me of Weyerbacher's Quad but hoppier and dirtier.
