L: Pours a somewhat muddy copper red color, with a medium slightly tan head and sheets of lacing all around the glass. The color is a little light for a Dubbel.
S: A strong note of red grapes, a farmhouse saison like yeast, notes of pepper and a light banana, some cherry and other stone fruit. A note of booze. The grape is a little strong for what I expect from a dubbel.
T: A strong note of red grapes leads the way, notes of peppery yeast, some floral hops in the background. While it tastes ok, it doesn't remind too much of a dubbel.
F: High carbonation and a medium body.
O: While it tastes nice, this is missing some of the things I look for in a dubbel.
