Brilliant gold with aromas of spicy esters, flavors of sweet biscuit, and a gentle hop bitterness. Finishes effervescent, crisp and dry.

Canned June 4th. Compliments of Jacob at Liquor Shed.
Hazy yellow pour, short lasting big head of foam but the foam never does leave the scene. Good amount of lacing.
Smells spicy, cloves, coriander, orange zest, really nice aromas; gluten free this is.
The taste thrusts a lot of the orange zest at my palate but the spices are almost as assertive. The aftertaste exemplifies the oranges with a real bitter bite. I get some sweet notes after a few sips that reminds me of honey.
Medium bodied with the carbonation more close to light.
I find it very easy to drink..the alcohol doesn't come into play at all.
My next trip to Ft. Collins might have me visiting the brewery.
