I visited Pompano Beach Brewing on 1/20/2025. They are located in an industrial area. When I was there, they had 17 beers on tap, 4 were guest taps and 1 cider. They didn't seem to have food, but there was a food truck available when I visited. They only had some bottled barleywines available to go, but the bartender mentioned that would crowler any of their beers in 16 ounce cans.

Very nice, small brewery in an industrial area of Pompano Beach. Lots of fun events and great deals on certain days.

we had a blast here just kicking it for the afternoon. its a little off the beaten path back in a warehouse sort of area, but its extremely homey and welcoming once you get inside. lots of wood features, feels small even though there is room for a fair few folks in here. cool bar area with maybe ten or twelve beers on tap, a smaller production operation in the back im sure keeps them busy. they have a neat observation area where you can have a beer and watch the brew house at work, which i havent seen too often in these sorts of places. picnic tables, bar games, empty bottles around the ceiling of heady beers of years past, and a friendly fellow behind the bar who seemed to be responsible for the whole thing. we admired the diversity of beers, highlights including a coconut milk stout, a banana red, a strawberry lemongrass gose, and a session ipa. really a pretty fun range of beers, but i was most impressed with the simple stuff, a great cream ale and some quality ipa. we played some shuffleboard, some board games, and let time pass us by. they had a food vendor outside selling empanadas that were real good, and we left feeling like we got great bang for the buck. beers here were good and quite affordable. i didnt have one that i didnt like, although the sours were a bit one dimensional. it seems like they have a good little following locally, and if i lived in the area, i would most likely count myself among them. real fun stop, great vibes in here.

Doing a re-rate, and had to drop the 5's all the way.The core offerings are first rate, and the rotating brews don't have a dog in the lot. Flights of 4-6 samplers if you're so inclined. Super friendly staff and clientele. Board games and a bar shuffleboard table. Sports on the big screens and tunes playing on PA. Outstanding food trucks on the weekends. No disappointments. What more do you need?

I was really looking forward to visiting Bangin Banjo, but I just wasn't impressed during my visit. Its tucked away in a business park which is fine, but it can be a little difficult to find. I had a hard time trying to figure out what theme they were after, some wood decor, but bottles from other breweries decorate the walls. Plenty of seating inside and a selection of board games plus a shuffleboard table. On to the beer, I can't really say anything I had on my flight stood out, everything was just ok. Another random thing was the names of their beers, no real rhyme or reason to them. They could definitely improve how they display what is on tap, the TV showing the selection has font that is too small to read easily and the paper menus were multiple pages long which was a little annoying when trying to decide. I probably won't return to their brewery, but may try another one of their beers if it is on tap somewhere else.

Great place. Their beers are very drinkable and taste amazing. Their selection is of beers is small, but they only opened up two weeks ago so I'm won't take them against them because they have several types to choose from. Great vibes and ambiance, and they had an awesome food truck out front. Prices were the norm- $6 a pour. They also have growlers. This is probably my new go-to tasting room to drink at now.
