This beer made for their 2nd anniversary is touted as a NE IPA.
The beer pours a fairly clear, amberish color. Nothing like the NEIPAs I've had before. The head was fairly thick when poured, and was white.
The nose is juicy smelling. Grapefruit smelling.
The taste is bland. It has a creamy feel to it. Some hop bitterness on the backside. But it tases nothing like a NEIPA it is touted as.
The feel, like I said before is creamy feeling. Moderate mouthfeel.
Overall, if it wasn't touted as a NEIPA, it wouldn't be a bad IPA, but they played it up as one - it isn't.
