16 oz becher glass at the brewery.
L: Pours 95% clear light gold with a very light green hue, low carbonation, no head, no lacing.
S: Light grains, apple, a hint of bread dough. Pretty clean.
T: Light sweet Pilsner malts, grains, gently bitter, a hint of yeast, grassy, lightly pale.
F: Lightly brisk med to medium-light bodied with a fast & moderately dry finish.
O: Pretty good. Needs more carbonation to enhance feel. Good taste and finish. It is good in its style.
