A pale, refreshing wheat beer with a fluffy mouthfeel, robust carbonation, a refreshingly dry finish, and a distinctive yeast character of reserved clove and pronounced banana.

Crowler can. Label is marked with fill date of 7/20 (2021).
Hazy, pale gold colored body. Thick one finger of white head, which settles back to a thin cap. Leaves some strands of lacing.
Aroma of tangy wheat, strong banana and essence of cloves.
Taste definitely shows the wheat malt, and the yeast brings forth the banana and cloves. Kind of flabby overall, in that the flavors are more vague than distinct. There is some sweetness here, and some hint of lemon.
Mouthfeel is medium and mouth coating. Very good carbonation.
Drinking from a crowler is a compromise but this beer does show itself to be a Hefeweizen, and refreshing enough.
