Collab with Odd13 so I had high hopes. Pours a beautiful bright vibrant yellow. Hazy with a bright white head that breaks down to I nice webby lacing on the glass. Nose is fresh. Tons of citrus and tropical fruit notes. Taste is nice and juicy as the hop bill would suggest it would be. Pineapple, melon and mango start you off. You get citrus pith the ever so slightest bit of sweet dough. Light peach to finish. It really is a pleasant and juicy beer. Medium to lighter on the body but it does play well with this one. Low bitterness with that hoppy finish.

a collaboration with odd 13, what else would these two make together but a hazy ipa these days, seems like thats pretty much all we see from either of them anymore. this is a good one, dont get me wrong, its a darn good one, with the cryo hop intensity and freshness, a whole heap of nelson hops too, this was always going to be delicious, but my enthusism for the style is really starting to wane, it seems every other beer out there these days is a hazy ipa, i cant even avoid them if i try. this has a creamy orange look to it, pale and heady, frothy white lace, pretty for the style, and an awesome nose, nelson above others but heaps of citra and some other southern hemisphere fruity varietals, lemongrass and melon and mango notes, some white wine too when i taste it, learning to love melba hops too, the more i get to know them. flavorful beer, with the classic new england style multigrain dry malt base, fuller bodied and creamy feeling with nice carbonation. its summery but substantial, really good overall, but again, these are all so samey at the the top of the heap, just some hop nuance to differentiate them. there is a place for these obviously, but their prevalence is way over inflated right now, and its hard to get all that stoked anymore, even on the good ones...
