Clear, pale gold body; no visible carbonation yet a thick, billowy head, dense and white, sticky, rocky and semi-creamy. Decent nose of freshly mowed grass and delicate herbal tones. Weak taste; watery; some moderately zesty bitterness notes; rather strong phenol presence for the style. Light body; weak and watery.
This beer supposedly (if I read the label correctly) spent three weeks in an oak foeder. If so, it didn't do much for the flavor or aroma. The hops utilized are Saaz, Saphir, and Nelson, but even these barely register in the taste or aroma. At least the smell is refreshing and the looks are super, but the taste and mouthfeel fall flat.
Pouring temperature: 44 °F; canning info: n/a
