Many thanks to tacosandbeer for this bottle!
A - Pitch black pour with thin toffee colored lacing.
S - Light chocolate roast base with maple over top and a slight bit of Bourbon presence and a little bit of coffee. Overall, this smells like pancakes with maple syrup. (Go figure, right?)
T - Chocolate roast and coffee base from start to finish with maple, vanilla, Bourbon, alcohol, and some traces of oak. Finishes nice and mellow with residual coffee chocolate char, Bourbon, and lactose/vanilla.
M - Some alcohol permeates up to the sinuses but warming on the way down is minimal.
O - This is a really fantastic beer and aged perfectly, really enjoying this beer.

The final beer was the BA version of the porter. This one has a richer maple flavor and is pretty boozy. Almost get a wine and coffee vibe which is pretty crazy.

Pitch black body with a lovely brown cap, gorgeous porter. Smell is intoxicating in how much it gets out of the maple and coffee without saturating, chocolate, bourbon, molasses, brown sugar, light sweetbread and vanilla. Taste is much the same but without as much barrel complexity, molasses gone too, definitely more focused on the coffee, maple and light bourbon as a trifecta. Feel is medium bodied with light barrel character, coffee is darker in complexion and maple sweetness does meld in appropriately. Great breakfast porter
