A sum that sings of its parts. A blend of stout bases in 2 rye finished cognac barrels, an Eagle Rare Bourbon barrel & a 15 yr Pappy Van Winkle barrel for 23-24 months. Then conditioned on almonds, coconut & Vanuatu Vanilla Beans.

Pitch black pour, brown ring. Huge barrels and coconut starring in nose, molasses, chocolate fudge, vanilla, and caramel round out. Taste is the same but even richer, the barrel depth is so impressive, while the adjuncts are large yet complimentary. Could see how some would find this too much, but that means more for me! Feel is rich, boozy, smooth, deep and complex with great barrel character.

Look - Black thick syrup
Smell - incredible barrel with All the coconut vanilla and nut
Taste - sweet but vanilla coconut and so much barrel
Feel - thick creamy almost no carb
Overall - love the great blend and thickness

On tap. Black color. Thick. Oily.
Massive coconut. Caramel, fudge, birthday cake. Bourbon and oak. The almonds are really nice. The vanilla plays in with the cake flavor. This is delicious. Thick and rich.
