Cerebral Brewing

Poured two fingers of rocky mixed white bubbles; long cap retention; medium plus lace; heavy ring; opaque deep gold body with clarity under cap. Nose is predominantly grapefruit. Taste follows with light bitter lemon rind; juicy citrus and tropical fruit punch follow through. Medium full , moderate minus carbonation; no astringency. Overall a very easy drinking IPA; the mosaic provides the tropical fruit without imparting any non desirable aromas/tastes (at least to me); I’d gladly drink another pint!
