Of all the beers I sampled at Cerebral's mini collaboration fest, this one was probably my least favorite, but that's all relative. It's a fine saison, but I didn't think the barrel aging really did a lot for it. I wonder what the base beer tastes like by itself. It was made with Cellar West Brewing for those interested.
