On tap. Khaki tan head. Caramel dark brown color.
Cognac barrels show a little too much. Bourbon, rye, spice, Carmel, toffee, red apples, pears, vanilla. Light char. Ends with more cognac. It’s pretty solid, but I think could have been better.
