Very dark almost opaque brown body, very full khaki head. Smell features big earth, robust dark yeast with a note of almost burnt toast, dark grain, cocoa, and a hint of dark nut. Taste is a clone. Feel has this dark complexion with plenty of fullness yet lighter and dry. Very nice work! Mid autumn would be spot on with what this evokes on the palate

16 oz. Can
Canned On: 05/14/24
Poured into a Trillium glass a very nice dark brown color, very nice carbonation, very nice thick/creamy one-finger plus tan head, which also leaves a very nice medium size island, and some pretty nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is pretty nice, malty, hoppy, with a pretty nice chocolate/toffee, roasty, kinda nutty, bready. The taste is very nice, malty, hoppy, with a very nice chocolate/toffee, roasty, nutty, bready. Medium body, ABV is hidden very nicely. Overall, this is a very tasty beer.

16oz can from Tavour. Near black pour with an abundant beige, silky foamy head. Rich roasty malt aroma, coffee, chocolate, burnt toast. Taste is bitter and roasty, light sweetness, chocolate. Bitterness lingers. Heavy, creamy feel. Just wonderful.
