I got a can of this beer from a beer store in Sault Ste Marie whilst there for my son's hockey tournament. It poured a clear golden with white head that is leaving a spotty lace. The scent had faint saaz hop presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with an English ESB flare. Overall its a good beer.

Golden copper with a hint of haze, little carbonation and 2 fingers of yellowish head.
Smells of Saaz hops, dry hay, corn and green herb.
The taste follows the nose. Full of fresh hops for a Czech Pils, and a long, lingering bitterness.
Medium body, with moderate carbonation.
Got at LCBO on Wilson in Toronto, drinking in New Hamburg, July 10th, 2018. Well done for the style.

L - pours a dark golden colour, a 2 finger white foam that drops to one finger after a minute, but leaves lacing on the glass.
S - faint honey, caramel, hops, malt
T - lightly roasted malts, leaves a slightly bitter Saaz taste.
F - good carbonation, a dry bitter aftertaste
O - a little dark for a Czech Pilsner and seems to contain some lightly roasted malt. An OK pilsner, but not true to style.

Can - pours a a pale gold, lightly hazed, 2 finger bone white cap. Aromas of floral saaz and bready malts. Flavor is not over the top but in profile as a decent Canadianized Czech pils - hoppy, biscuity malts, dry clean finish, nothing special but decent boilerplate crafted pils.

A: Transparent medium amber yellow. Lots of rising bubbles but nearly no head.
S: A bit of a light fruity lager smell. Some grainy malts. Really not much to go off of.
T: Pleasant deep lager taste. Not very crisp but has some depth in the roasty malt. There is also some peppery yeastiness. A little sweetness, not at all bitter, nice light aftertaste.
F: Light carbonation, a little thickness and mouth coating. Warming and a little creamy. Just slightly drying.
O: Smooth and very drinkable medium strength tasting lager. Nothing too special about it but it's quite good.
