Bottle from A Lazy Dog Somewhat hazy deep yellow color with a minimal head and very faint signs of carbonation. Spicy earthy light lemon with bits of citrus and pine on the nose. The flavor is somewhat sweet bready with just a hint of spice and some light citrus and pine hop flavor. Has a bit of lingering astringency that doesn’t seem hop derived. Light somewhat easy drinking beer, more hoppy than wheaty but a decent quaffer.

From the 650 ml. bottle that is not dated. Sampled on November 9, 2016.
The pour is a kind of milky looking pale yellow with a modest short-lasting white head. Some unfiltered sediment.
The wheat aromas are downplayed in favor of a grassy and lemon-like scent.
Light body.
The flavor is much like the taste in that the grassy hop charcter comes on stronger with a more than expected bitteness to finish.
