12oz bottle poured into a bulbous pint glass shows a dark golden straw color with a white ring of edge bubbles. A steady flow of rising bubbles can be seen through the haze.
Grass, maybe some dirt, and bitter hops aromas. The bottle says "Barrel Source Agave Tequila Duration 1 Month". There is a hint of agave in both the aroma and the flavor.
There is also a sweetness I can't quite identify, but it adds depth and balance.
Mouthfeel is medium leaning light, and a slight grit.
Overall, I can't stop drinking it. More please.
