12 FL. OZ. can
Served in a stemless wine glass
This beer pours a deep mahogany hue with copper and amber highlights when held to the light. It is topped with an inch of tan head that leaves no lacing.
It has a sweet malty aroma. I get toffee, caramel, and cocoa,
The taste pretty much follows the smell. The are flavors of caramel and toffee with hints of cocoa. There are enough hops to keep this from being sweet. It is earthy.
Medium to thin bodied with a watery mouthfeel with a little chalkiness
This is a solid, malty, fall beer. I am not mad I bought a $5 sixer.

Taste: Crisp, caramel malt, spiced notes, some hops, clean finish. Malt almost sweet nose. Amber, clear, delicate head and lace on taster glass. medium body. This is basically a 70/30 (Scotch ale to Marzen lager). 29 IBUs

12oz can poured into a can glass shows a beautiful orangish Amber and briefly floats a 1/8in off white head leaving no lacing.
Aroma is bready caramel.
Flavor matches with some sweetness that seems odd, and I can only associate it with the caramel flavor, but they don't seem connected.
Mouthfeel is medium, leaning light, and a clean finish.
Overall very enjoyable, unless I think about it. So, I'll just have to stop....thinking, that is.
