Billed as a "Norwegian Pale" due to the Norwegian yeast strain used. Three lbs / barrel of Amarillo hops.
16oz draft pour into a bulbous pint shows a clear yellow-gold floating a lasting cap of white bubbles and decorative lacing.
Aroma is citrus and peach with a cracker malt and the flavor matches.
Mouthfeel leans soft medium and a clean finish.
Overall I look forward to more experiments in this vein.
