12.7 ounce bottle into a tulip snifter. Had 11/20/18.
Pours an orange/apricot, fairly hazy, with a one inch foamy head and some loose, foamy lacing. Aromas of mango, Brett, guava, some yeast, light malt, light apples. Has a light earthy aroma. The taste is a little more expansive- mango, guava, some pineapple and grapefruit, Brett- less than the aroma, light white grapes. Has an earthy bitterness throughout. Mostly smooth, a good light to medium body, well carbonated.
Tasty and well balanced between the hops, Brett and malt. The Mosaic hops are the star. Solid effort.
