Taste: Big juicy citrus juice, pineapple, also tropical hops, semi sweet and smooth, not bitter in the hop profile. Fruit juice, grapefruit, some hop to the nose. Pale golden orange hue, opaque, with white head and nice ringed Belgian lace. Medium body. Around 40 IBUs

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a 12 fl oz can on January 6, 2019. Brewed with Norwegian yeast and hopped with Strata and Mosaic. Notes of orange and grapefruit.

Had on tap. Smell lets the hops shine, while providing big blasts of grapefruit and orange, but then very robust breadiness finishes in an odd fashion. Taste has a burnt toast flavor that is hard to shake, which is too bad, but the citrus and hops pick up a nice dankness in taste, though tastes incomplete. Very robust yeast in feel, missing some hop textures or neipa creaminess. Meh
