500ml bottle pour yielded a jet black body with a wee mocha colored ring of bubbles at glass edge. Good lacing.
Aroma and taste are mountains of chocolate and rye. Despite the ABV there is no burn and just a touch of heat. The rye and chocolate make a super delicious mix without being overly sweet. Just strong, vibrant flavors on top of the rich malt base.
Mouthfeel is luxurious and carbonation is but a waft.

A Wow! beer with plenty of whisky/barrel notes and satisfying chocolate base flavors.Black body with very little ruby edges. Poor cap retention, yet solid ring, some spots of lace. Medium heavy legs. Whiskey nose and taste. Medium plus body, light carbonation; some warmth from 12.5% . Pleasant warming whiskey/barrel chocolate linger overall.

From the Untapped listing: "This year's Bell Witch release we did things a bit different. Our base Dungeon Master Imperial Stout was aged in Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey barrels for 18 months. During that time it matured to reveal big chocolate notes, salted caramel, gooey brownie, spicy rye character, molasses, and a kiss luxardo cherry. A smooth warming heat washes it all down nicely."
10oz draft pour into a stemmed glass boasts a lightless, near black body and briefly floats a 1/2" head of tan mixed bubbles that falls to an edge-hugging ring and leaves random spotted lacing and sheets of spots with legs on agitation.
Aroma is spicy rye whiskey, cocoa, and roast malts.
Flavors match including dark chocolate, molasses, and rye whiskey. I see their notes hint at luxardo cherries and I am unfamiliar with them, but there is a brighter fruit flavor I am detecting and must associate with them.
Mouthfeel is sensuous, silky, and oily, but just short of full. Alcohol is clearly present with some warming qualities; both throat and chest; but is not overpowering in either aroma or taste. Palate clears cleanly leaving only booze warmth.
Overall a nice rye barrel influence on the base beer.
