From Untapped: "A fresh lime infused Belgian table beer that is slightly tart, dry, and is accented beautifully by the terroir of an all New Zealand hop bill, which include NZ Motueka and NZ Cascade. Lime zest and fresh squeezed lime juice were used both on the hot side and cold side. Look for complex citrus, Pine, red berry, Lime zest, stone fruit, and lemongrass."

Gold, chill-hazed body briefly floating a 1/4" head of mixed white bubbles, leaving random leopard spotted lacing.

Aromas of lime and lemon citrus flows right into the crackery malt and lime led taste. Simple, yet well done. Easy drinking in these hot summer days.

Light feel with a slight yeast remainder, but otherwise clean.
Overall a really nice, anything but simple beer.
