10oz draft pour into a stemmed glass shows a full, muddy brown body that glows a bright coppery-orange when backlit. Off-white cap of bubbles quickly recedes to an edge-hugging ring and leaves the glass clean.
Raisin and caramel aromas dominate and flow smoothly into the taste. The taste explodes into flavors of fig, candied fruits, caramel, banana, coriander, pepper, and bready malts.
Mouthfeel is smooth and full with a clean, almost disappearing finish.
Overall a slow sipper for deep thinking, or not.
