"A striking contrast of a pillowy, off-white head and a deep garnet body with flecks of copper grace the eyes. A light toasty and caramelly aroma greets the nose, with the slightest hint of berry on the edge. The first sip is crisp, with a gently sweet malty body, with tones of toffee, biscuit, and more caramel throughout. A clean rye bitterness lingers on the palette, allowing you to relax and watch the world before taking another sip"

16oz draft pour into a dimpled mug boasts a deep, dark reddish, and crystal clear body supporting a 1" proud head of off-white mixed bubbles that falls to a persistent cap. Sheets of lacing coat the glass with agitation and returns to the edge leaving stepped and webbed lacing.
Aroma is bready malt with caramel notes and the flavor matches. As described a nice rye bitterness prevents delving into sweetness.
Mouthfeel is full, clean, and near drying.
Overall a pleasant, easy drinking red.
