A sweet, tart, and prickly kettle sour fermented with fresh Cara Cara Orange and Cranberry puree. We whirlpool Comet and Strata hops to accentuate the orange zestiness and sweet berry flavor while also adding notes of pine, herbal grass, and dank. A light dry hop of Vic Secret at the end of fermentation accentuates every sip.

Clarity is a 9/10, bright white foam, even retention, mild dissipation, subtle aromas of citrus and mild Cranberry. Taste is similar, subtle tartness comes across as an even blend of Cranberry and citrus flesh, but a low amount of acidity. Mouthfeel is thin and juicy, low to medium carbonation. Mildly tart finish, soft dryness, nothing long lasting. Flavor fades quickly. Easy drinker. Nothing overwhelming, very approachable. Not sour at all, tartness is 2/5.
