Unfiltered Munich Lager [sic]. 5.0% ABV.
Vitaminy yeast. Soft water. Clean pale malt. No amber malt to my palate. A bit bready and doughy towards the finish.
Balanced and easy drinking, if a bit shallow and plain. At least it's not overhopped like so many attempts at the style.
A bit dry and coarse for a Munich lager, but still refreshing.
