Pours a whitish color with a slight pink tint, smells of funky yeast, rhubarb and strawberry. The taste is sour and tart, with an excellent rhubarb taste that doesn't overwhelm... Some other berries in there; strawberry and raspberry stick out. Is smooth with a nice amount of carbonation... A very well done gose with a fruit (vegetable?) that is not commonly utilized.
