Collaboration with Blackberry Farm Brewery
This Grisette-style beer was crafted with foraged sumac and mixed cultures from both breweries. After primary fermentation, it was moved over to one of our horizontal tanks to age. The result is a complex blend of sour, earthy and acidic.
Created in partnership with Blackberry Farm Brewery (Walland, TN) as part of our Friendship Brew project.
