Full bodied, delicious and dark dry stout - rich and roasty with minimal hop and soft conditioning. This classic Irish pint has a caramelized subtlety at the start, mellows into chocolate and coffee malt flavors, and finishes with a clean, traditional dryness on the tongue. Cheers!

Look: It pours very dark brown with a brown head. Head retention is excellent.
Smell: It has aromas of chocolate and dark fruits, plums mainly. There is a bit of roast in the background.
Taste: Chocolate and roast are dominant in the flavors. There are background hints of dark fruits. There is also a slight bit of coffee as well.
Feel: It has a medium body that is a bit creamy.
Overall, an easy drinking dry stout.

A very pleasant Irish Dry Stout. Particularly robust for the style, especially considering it is just 4% abv. Nice firm roasty flavors with a touch of creaminess on the finish. This made for a fine St. Patrick's Day libation.
