As a tribute to our Cripple Creek neighborhood, we proudly introduce Fat Ma. This clear golden brew takes a minimum of 6 weeks from grain to glass and is finished in our horizontal lagering tank, Ice Cube. Honey, crackers, and a crisp breeze in a field of wildflowers are balanced by a slightly peppery and dry, crisp finish.

Picked up a 16 oz single from TW-Greenville 10-6-23 for $3.79. Unknown can date; consumed 3-14-24. Cold stored since purchase.
Beer poured golden with a pretty good white head.
Nose has notes of crackers, cracked pepper, and honey.
Taste is a cracker and white bread malt base that has a touch of sweetness. Hopping is appropriate and brings some black pepper for a zippy finish.
Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied and refreshing.
Overall a nicely done Czech Pilsner!

(forgive me if this isn't a great review, I don't normally do them)
L: Pours well, straw color, small head, leaves decent lacing
S: Neutral, not really picking up anything
T: Crisp, clean, nothing special
F: Again, nothing special
O: I haven't had much from BFS, so I can't speak on overall quality, but this was a little disappointing.
