Poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a pale yellow almost transparent color with a quickly dissipating foamy to bubbly short head. Just some wispy concave lace.
The aroma held the Nelson Sauvin grassy/oily bright and lemony hops crisply sitting in front of some lemongrass and floral character. Baked malts/biscuits underneath.
The flavor leaned slightly towards the Nelson Sauvin hoppy oily semi-sweet to light dank quality. Slight aftertaste of those Nelson Sauvin hops and baked malts.
The mouthfeel wasn't as oily as I thought it would be and I'm okay with that. Slight stickiness and a light to medium body. Finishes semi-oily with some dryness.
Overall, to me, it seems like they tried for an Americanized grissette and it came out to this. So far so good with this brewery I was recommended by a South Carolinian who vacations here in Vermont.

On tap:
Slightly hazed white ale, just north of water in some ways. White bubbles come at a call of agitation, but get bored quickly.
A meadow of mostly hay-like grass with hint of flowers greet my nose. There’s a slightly mineral to chemical note here and to a lesser degree in the taste. Mostly clean taste following the nose with an arugula-like peppery aspect.
Light body but not watery and effervescent enough to be fun.
A nice light beer that isn’t a chore to have and offers a nice break or a sessionable alternative.
