Hits all the classic notes - a rich and weighty lager with strong but balanced malt sweetness. A full, clear amber color at an incredibly easy drinking 9.2%.

Picked up a single from TW-Greenville, SC 5-7-22 for $4.99. Canned earlier in the spring, consumed 7-8-22.

Beer poured dark brown with a nice-looking white head with the original pour.

Nose is sourdough bread forward with dark fruits.

Taste follows the nose with a large sourdough malt base accented with plum esters from the yeast. Finishes with a good sweetness,

Mouthfeel is medium bodied and smooth.

Overall a nice beer that i would have again. May have to grab a four-pack if still available!

Appeared- At first, I thought the beer was red, but it was actually a deep brown color with a off-white head.

Smell - The nose included sweet breads and malts. It was not quite candy, but it was sweet.

Taste - Dark, chewy sweet bread led the profile. It was not quite dessert, but it was sweet. Toward the back, there was a touch of bitterness. Perhaps it was a hint of char.

Mouthfeel - There was a solid level of viscosity amid the light carbonation.

Overall - For a style I enjoy, this is really good.
