Pours a deep amber with a tall head of foam. Slight sourness in front but a nice bitterness after. Moderate mouth feel with a slight aftertaste. Fully drinkable.

Very nice IPA!!!! Pours a hazy but bright gold color with a huge frothy head and thick bands of frothy lacing. Head retention is very good. Aroma is hoppy with some tropical fruit and a nice floral smell. Taste is good also. Nicely bitter with fruity/tropical fruit flavor backed up by dry biscuity malt. The Simcoe hops aroma and taste are quite apparent also. Mouthfeel is nicely bitter and dry....the malts are biscuity rather than sweet or bready. Goes down really well (for fans of bitter beers). I am getting burned out on NE IPA's and it is nice to get hold of a fairly bitter yet flavorful IPA.
