OCCASION: Cavs/Knicks Game Three--a strong, hearty beer is needed to get this series back on track for the Cavs... pours a hazy, dark orange-brown body akin to iced tea...alive with clusters of bubbles, it sports a clumpy, uneven white head that rings nicely... okay--bacon and smoke, more like a rauch than a helles! rye and pepper, aged cheese, and astringence of iodine and bandaid... this aroma offers a lot to consider, with strength and attitude... smooth, lively, and buzzing at the teeth... buttery and wam at the finish... the flavor profile crams a ton of flavor, with the pepper, rye, bandaid, red wine, raisin, smoked gouda, bacon, and chives...all together, an aggressive and rewarding sip, demanding attention and invigorating with depth... what a find! the MS crew went all-in on this one and built
