Pours black with a 1 inch tan head. Moderate lacing to the end.
Aroma of chocolate, coffee, vanilla, toffee.
Taste is chocolate milk, coffee, tobacco, cream, caramel, toffee, vanilla.
Full bodied, light carbonation. Thick, creamy, sweet finish.
Rich & decadent. Disappointed it's retired.

12oz can purchased at the brewery on 2/21/20 - no date on the can (usually tagged on their pack holders). Opened 4/3/20.
2 finger tan head with good retention, slowly recedes to a 1/4" solid cap. Solid black milk stout. Sticky lace rings.
Light roasted malt, perception of coffee in the aroma, big milky chocolate nose - some cinnamon and pepper heat (faint green).
Sweet chocolate, and cinnamon mild heat are a tasty combo here. Light roast coffee with cream.
Velvety, round mouthfeel. Medium to full body. Medium carbonation. Rich and full flavored semi sweet-finish. The bit of sweetness is appropriate in this style and enjoyable as the other elements of spice are a nice interplay.
Very good, this is a fun series from 3 Nations (Horchata, Crème Brulee, Mexican Chocolate).

While not as silky as I generally like a milk stout, the flavor in this beer is exactly as described. It's an excellent winter beer for us Texans who know and love Mexican hot chocolate. I'm very happy right now! 3 Nations for the win again.

Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance -The beer pours a dark brown color with a one finger head of tan colored foam. The head has a great level of retention, slowly fading over time to leave tons of foamy lace on the sides if the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the brew is quite heavy of a milk chocolate smell mixed with aromas of roasted malt. Spice flavors of a light cinnamon are there as well. With these comes a decent showing of a crème smell as well as lots of caramel. In some ways it has an almost brownie like aroma.
Taste – The taste begins as one may expect from the nose. The beer is big of a milk chocolate and moderately roasted taste right from the start with these flavors creating a base taste for the brew. Upfront there is also a good showing of a milky taste and some big caramel flavors. As the taste advances there comes a slight decrease in the roastiness but an increase in the milk chocolate, bringing even more sweetness to the taste buds. At the end a touch of woodiness comes to the taste profile and leaves one with a sweet, brownie like taste to linger on tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is thick and chewy with a carbonation level that is rather average. For the big, sweet, milk chocolate brownie tastes the feel is great and makes for a nice slow sipper overall.
Overall – A nice rich and delicious brew overall that is super smooth and sweet. Its like a liquid brownie, but one that is not overly sweet or indulgent. Very well crafted.
