Aye matey! No need to walk the plank with this sweet and salty treat. Shiver me timbers if this ain't an easy drinking German style Gose with natural strawberry and lemon flavors. Even a swabby would find this liquid sherbert delightful in the summer heat.

Look: Golden, very transparent
Smell: The saline smell with tinge of lemon is a little off putting to me
Taste: Very crisp and light leading to a refreshing palate shock with the fruit leaving a salty aftertaste. Very light and enjoyable
Feel: Light like biting into an apple with less of the sugary heaviness

Excellent refreshing beer. Would definitely drink this more often during hotter times and summertime for sure.

12 oz can poured in the 6oz Blue Owl taster glass.

Small off white head quickly dissipates. Lightly carbonated. Very slightly cloudy golden yellow. Aroma is sweet strawberry and a light sourness. Starts fairly sweet and fruity, becoming slightly lemony in the middle. Saltiness becomes more prominent in the finish. Medium to light body, light alcohol. Finish is sweet and citric.

Probably better in June than in December.

12oz can with no date, released from the brewery on May 26.
1 finger white head falls quickly to a ring. No lace.
Golden, clean and with limited clarity to start, more brilliance as it warms.
Faint strawberry, a lactic aroma, fruit skin, and wheat.
Strawberry lemonade, yes - definitely. Sour and tangy, great acidity.
Light body, medium carbonation. Dry, flavorful medium-length and puckering finish...salinity produces desire for more.
A definite thirst quencher and summer choice.
Very Good.
